Lyndsy Jenness has been actively involved economic development for a combined 15 years. Prior to joining Nebraska Public Power District as an economic development consultant in September 2021, she spent three years as a field service business development consultant in northeast Nebraska at the Nebraska Department of Economic Development. Lyndsy also worked for seven years at the local economic development level as city administrator for the City of Bloomfield, Nebraska. Prior related experiences include internships with the Greater Omaha Chamber and the Nebraska Department of Agriculture as well as being a constituent services representative for the US Senate.
