Phase 1 Environmental
The Department of Water, Energy, and Environment (DWEE) offers free Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) for brownfield sites. ESAs, or Section 128 Assessments, provide preliminary environmental information to determine if there is contamination on a property. Contact the NDEE office for more information.
