The Revitalize and Thrive Partnership Program is an exciting new initiative designed to spark community revitalization and talent retention across Nebraska. This unique collaboration, funded in part by a grant from Nebraska Department of Economic Development’s Good Life Calling Initiative, will bring together Jeff Siegler of Revitalize or Die, students at Hastings College, Nebraska communities, and valued partners including Nebraska Community Foundation, Nebraska Diplomats, Nebraska Public Power District and Omaha Public Power District.

- Strengthen long-term economic vitality by enhancing youth.
Participating communities will receive:
- A customized Revitalization Playbook tailored to their specific needs and challenges.
- Collaboration with students, professionals, and economic development leaders to drive action and impact.
- Direct engagement with college students to foster pathways and deepen community ties.
- Long-term strategies to bolster workforce retention and sustainable economic growth.
