Kinder Academy Announces Major Expansion Project in Thayer County

Bruning Early Education Nonprofit, Inc. (BEEN) dba Kinder Academy fills a critical need for high-quality early childhood education in Northern Thayer County. With no other licensed centers in the Bruning-Davenport Unified School District and very limited in-home options, Kinder Academy is often the only accessible choice for local families. Our early childhood education center is consistently at capacity with a growing waitlist, underscoring the urgent demand. As more young families move back to the area, the need for reliable, affordable early childhood education continues to rise. Without Kinder Academy, families may be forced to leave the community or turn down employment opportunities, and local businesses lose a key recruiting and retention tool.

To best serve our community and the surrounding area, Kinder Academy has embarked upon a major renovation and addition to its existing facility. The updated facility will expand Kinder Academy’s licensed capacity to serve approximately 70 or more children.
