Aurora Cooperative Expands to York

The Aurora Cooperative is constructing a new 20,000 square-foot multipurpose ag supply facility on 14 acres in York and has opened a facility at the York Municipal Airport for aviation services. The company, investing $2 million, will employ an additional six to eight workers in York. The multipurpose facility will support retail agronomy and feed operations and will also include a 24 hour cardtrol fuel station.

“The Aurora Cooperative is committed to delivering the finest products, service, and expertise to all ag producers in our market area,” said George Hohwieler, president and CEO of the Aurora Cooperative.

The company will be served electrically by Nebraska Public Power District.
