| The Wisner and Pilger school districts merged in 1969 to form the Wisner-Pilger Public School District #30. Students attend a K-4 Elementary School in Wisner, a 5-6 Middle School in Pilger, and a 7-12 Jr.-Sr. High School in Wisner. The District prides itself on its Dual Credit Program in Agri-Business, Agriculture Records, American Government, American History, Biology, Calculus, Composition, Economics, English Literature, Geography, Lifetime Wellness, Physical Education, Psychology, Trigonometry and World Civilizations with additional classes being available during the summer and via distance learning. Transferrable college credit is offered in cooperation with Northeast Community College. Independent study courses are available through the University of Nebraska. |
