  Springview, in Keya Paha County, is located in north central Nebraska just 13 miles from the South Dakota border. State Highway 12, the Outlaw Trail, runs through the full length of the county east and west. US Highway 183 comes from South Dakota through Springview and makes its way 150 miles south to Interstate 80.

Our Community:Springview is a small friendly community that makes a great place to live and raise a family. It offers top quality schools, several churches, a Senior Center and a city recreation area. The surrounding area offers hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and an opportunity to canoe the scenic Niobrara River. Its state of the art telephone system allows you to do "big city" business while living the "small town" lifestyle. Springview is home to a pair of giant wind turbines, Nebraska's first, and hosts an annual Wind Turbine Day celebration the first Saturday in August. Come for a visit - it's a great place to "get away from it all"!
