| Ohiowa is served by the Fillmore County Hospital, an acute care hospital located just 16 miles from Ohiowa in Geneva. The hospital is licensed by the State of Nebraska and approved for Medicare and Medicaid. Six family prctice physicians and one physician assistant make up the local active medical staff. Fillmore County Hospital has 70 sub-specialty physicians on courtesy consulting staff. Diagnostic ,X-ray, CT, MR, Mammography, nuclear bone scans, nuclear carolite, ultrasound, and cardiac rehab are other hospital services. Specialty clinics are held on a regular basis. |
