| Platte Valley Industrial Park is located on the southern region of Grand Island. Small sites (4 acres) and up. Located to the East of Platte Valley Industrial Park is Platte Valley Industrial Park East. Up to 320 acres is available. Both industrial parks can be serviced by the Union Pacific Rail Road.
Just acquired is the Cornhusker Industrial Park. Located on the West side of Grand Island this former Army Ammunition Plant facility has up to 1,700 acres owned by the Economic Development Corp. Adjacent to this park is the Energy Park consisting of approximately 1,300 acres owned by Southern Public Power. Both sites are serviced by Union Pacific and Burlington Northern-Santa Fe.
