As you stroll the streets, you will notice many businesses have German names. The second Saturday in June is an absolute stop in Eustis. Wurst Tag (Sausage Day) is celebrated annually. The day includes many family fun activities. Evening festivities include a complete German dinner followed by Nachtisch-a laden table of German desserts, a Polka Band and a street dance. Visitors will also want to participate in other celebrations such as July 4th Celebration, Eustis Fair and Corn Show, Fall Craft Fair and the Christmas Tour of Homes.
